Petit BamBou is a comprehensive meditation and mindfulness app that offers over 2,000 guided meditation sessions in six different languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch. It provides users with simple and practical techniques taught by certified and experienced instructors.
With Petit BamBou, you can discover and practice meditation techniques that have been developed by dedicated and renowned experts. The app offers a wide range of guided meditation sessions ranging from 3 to 20 minutes, catering to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
In addition to its extensive content, Petit BamBou also provides free access to various features without the need for a subscription. By creating an account, users can enjoy 13 discovery sessions included in the "Discovery" and "Discovery for kids" programs, three "Meditations of the day," a customizable non-guided meditation tool, a three-minute "Calming breath" meditation, a free breathing tool, a selection of exclusive music and sounds for relaxation, and animated stories.
The app offers more than 2,000 themed meditation sessions that focus on various topics such as sleep, letting go, anxiety management, stress reduction, compassion cultivation, building self-confidence, mindful time management, positive thinking, and integrating mindfulness with sports.
Petit BamBou has also been recognized as the best meditation app for kids according to a European university study conducted in 2020.

Subscription pricing for Petit BamBou's six-month subscription is €41.99. The price may slightly vary in different currencies due to conversion fees according to the banking rules of the user's country. Payment for the subscription will be charged to the user's account upon confirmation of the order.
The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period. To avoid unwanted renewal, users can stop the automatic renewal from their iTunes account at least 24 hours before the subscription expires. Please note that no reimbursements will be made for the unused portion of a subscription.
